Advent Children Complete NA release date! [Update: Fake]

We finally get a trailer for the North American version of Advent Children: Complete. For those of you who don't know what this is, its a blu-ray release of Advent Children with some extra scenes of the movie. The release date of the North American version is the same time as the Japanese version so on April 16th! Although the FFXIII demo is at the moment exclusive to Japan.

The ACC being released in Japan will be dual-audio.
I've seen it stated to have English and Japanese audio.
Which was the reason in the delay of the release.

Dual Audio... thats good but PS3 is region locked for blu-rays right?
